I’m still here loves. Don’t worry I didn’t forget about you!!! I’ve been writing, and writing, and writing, and a ton of editing. So much writing and no time to write on the actual blog. But don’t worry, I have a surprise coming for you soon. 🙂

My days have been busy, anyone else? God’s got good things, hard things, God things going on and as things pan out a little more in the next few days I’ll fill you in, I promise. Until then, would you be praying. For me. It’s weird for me to ask. I don’t like asking for help. But I’m learning to ask. Cause really, who can’t use some more prayer on their side?!?!?!

Seriously friends, be praying for me the next few days. I’d appreciate it. When God has an opportunity the enemy likes to advance….I just want to ward off the attacks.

My kids are back to school, we have adjusted to a new normal of chaos. Mornings are going as smoothly as can be expected for 3 boys and getting out the door. Husband is working hard, and life groups are back into the swing for our church so my home is again being filled with people a couple days a week. Which means I’m back to a cleaning routine!!!

This is our groove. I don’t know I would have believed it if someone told me this 10 years ago. That I would be happy in a small town, with big friends and a full house. That cooking simple dinners and working on sight words for tiny M&M’s with my five-year old would fill my soul to overflowing. And if someone had told me then I would find such satisfaction behind a computer screen with a blank page just waiting for God to fill me with thoughts and words I would have laughed.

So here’s to unexpected adventures and living {and loving} the life in front of us!
