So A LOT has been going on down here! A LOT!
School has started for my kiddos, I launched a small group, edited a book, worked on a launch team, wrote a devotional study, prepped and planned for a hurricane, and came down with a nasty cold.
What’s that?!?! Yes, minus dodging a hurricane, I wrote and printed a new devotional study guide!
It has long been a dream of mine and a calling upon my heart to write Bible study…..and as I stepped out in obedience I found it terribly hard and incredibly encouraging.
So here is the first devotional booklet in what will eventually become a series called “Girlfriends in the Word.” I had a whole slew of ideas of where I wanted to start this, but God had another plan and brought me straight to Proverbs.
It was tough. Really, really tough. But finding God within the pages of Proverbs changed me, and I hope it helps change you. Cause we can all do with a little bit of changing, if it makes us look more like Jesus!

My heart in writing these devotionals is to build within women a desire to explore Scripture on their own. Ideally, I would like to work myself out of a job. To teach women to investigate, examine, question, and soak up Scripture is my greatest desire. That we would all become Girlfriends in the Word.
